Federal Way Condos were purchased to provide housing for those in the mental health system who require a unit to themselves, whether because they have a family, are unable to share a home with others, or are ready to live independently. These condos are operated by MHHF within a complex of other residents, allowing for a diverse community to help those who were formerly experiencing homelessness succeed in permanent housing.
